    Needed service added to a plan and kept calling over several days leaving the info with the receptionist. She repetitively said the agent wasn't in office but she'd get back to me regarding figures. NEVER HAPPENED! Called yet again today and got the same response.."he's not in today"...2 WEEKS OF NOT BEING IN! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Emmett! Avoid this place at all costs! Im moving to another agent in town who actually returns my calls and works with my needs.

  • Review of "U.S. Bank Branch" at Emmett

    Great staff who are always friendly willing to help. The only issue is w/the ATM. It's located in the exit vestibule of Albertson's, which is always crowded with folks exiting the store as well as a large bank of gumball machines. To access the vestibule you have to walk thru the store since the door next to the ATM is exit only and you can only get to it during store hours it would be nice if the back would move it so it could be used on the outside.
